Many fish are lost when snags and weed grab the lead putting your fish at risk. Snag Safe weighted putty allows you to fish up to snaggy areas with total confidence.
How do you use it?
Simply mould the required amount around your swivel and cast to the problem area. When the putty comes up against a snag it pulls clear of the line at approx 5lb pressure. This allows you to safely free-line the fish away from the obstruction with no possibility of the fish being tethered to snags. Ideal when fishing close to lily beds and sunken branches in all stillwaters and rivers. The perfect tool when trundling for barbel in streamer weed. Casting range up to 50 metres.
